To create an addendum for an active tenancy you need to create a Lease change.

You can then specify the changes you'd like to make to the contract and whether you'd like to issue an addendum that the current tenants will have to sign.

Please note that issuing an addendum is optional and you can instantly make a change by leaving the addendum option un-toggled.
