Owner balance
Every owner has a virtual balance that displays how much money they are owed.
Total: The total balance.
Available: The available amount that is ready to be paid out.
Pending: The amount that is currently awaiting settlement from Yorlet Payments.
In transit: The amount currently in transit to the owner's bank account.
Create a payout
If the owner has available funds to payout, you can create an owner payout.
You can also choose whether to apply a unit filter to the payout. If enabled this will make sure all deductions on the payout are paid for by income from the same property. If you'd like to pay for deductions will income from different properties you can disable the filter.
